2. You decide where you want your family portrait created. Of course, if the portrait will be taken outside of the studio, we go there beforehand to look for the best portrait angles, natural lighting, etc. so we are prepared on your portrait day.
3. Exclusive time is set aside for your portrait session, whether in the studio or on location. We allow plenty of time to get the best expressions from each family member. This time also allows your family to become comfortable in the process. Comfortable people mean natural looking portraits.
 4. Before we create your portrait, we get together to chat to ensure your family portrait is the best it can be. We get to know who the family members are, their ages, their feelings about being photographed, and any sensitive areas we need to consider to help each person feel comfortable in the portrait.
5. We do a clothing consultation. We'll give you suggestions and guidelines for looking your best. Colors are important for allowing the focus to be on the individual, not the clothing.
6. Hair and makeup is an important enhancement feature for your family portrait. We have excellent hair and makeup artists available by appointment.
 7. While we capture the best image of your family through composition and design, there are always enhancements that can be made to the image before it is printed. We have one of the finest portrait artists who can takes off pounds, soften age lines, remove objectionable objects, etc. to enhance your family portrait.
8. Your family images are shown large by projection. This way you get to see detail in your portrait you could not see on a small proof. You can see whether your smile was just right, or if your eyes were open.
9. You may view your images the same day or the next day, if you have family in from out of town who would like to be involved in the decision process.
10. We offer a lifetime guarantee on your portraits. While your portraits will be printed on the finest quality paper and printing processes, should anything go wrong with your portraits, such as fading, peeling, etc., we will replace them at no charge to you. |
